
Since I started going to the gym there have been so many benefits: healthier lifestyle, flatter stomach, tighter booty, feasting my eyes admiring muscular guys training… But if there’s one thing I don’t consider as a benefit at all is the fact that my hair gets dirty the day after washing due to sweat. I certainly can’t wash my hair everyday: firstly because it’s not good, secondly because I don’t have the time to do it.
So here I found the solution by opting for the application of a dry shampoo, a practical and fast remedy! I squeeze some of it on the tips of my hair and on my scalp after each workout: my hair will not be as beautiful and shiny as if it had just been washed, but the dry shampoo will certainly allow me to reduce that odious anti-sex sweat that takes form among my hair!

I love dry shampoo too! I also find that it helps to blow dry my roots after a workout and before putting in the dry shampoo. It helps give my hair a little volume too.
